Damaged Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within one week of delivery. We will respond within 24 hours asking for your order number and a photo of the damage before issuing a replacement or a refund.
Lost Packages: Cadeau is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. If a package is lost or stolen, please reach out directly to the carrier to file a claim.
